You don’t need a fancy gym or tons of equipment to whip your body into shape and get your sweat on. In fact, there are plenty of ways to build muscle, increase endurance, and feel good about yourself, right from the comfort of your own home (or hotel room… or really anywhere!)

When I find myself short for time or far too lazy to drag my butt to the gym, I’ll throw on some tunes, grab a pair of ratty shorts and a T, and crush this circuit. Give it a try, but one warning: It’s not as easy as it seems.

Warm-up: Jump, jog in place, stretch it out

3 rounds, 20 reps each

Squats

Calf Raises

Good mornings

Flutter kicks

Push-Ups

Plank to Push-Up

Jumping Jacks

High-Knees

Cool Down: 5-10 minutes of long static stretches

Trust me, this may look and sound easy, but your legs, booty, and core will be screaming tomorrow (in happy pain of course…)
